Shipping

Your custom painting will be created, packed, and shipped within 4 to 8 weeks.

Shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous USA. There is a calculated shipping charge for non-contiguous USA addresses. Shipping costs include insurance and signature is required for delivery.

If we’re shipping to an international address, there is a calculated shipping charge based on address. Please be aware that there may be additional costs involved such as taxes and customs duties, which the customer is responsible for. Please allow extra time for international orders.

Please inspect your painting immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage due to shipping issues, do not throw away packaging, take photos, and contact us right away. There is a 14 day window for insurance claims.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on commissioned artwork. We make every effort to show you your completed painting by emailing images to you after it’s complete so that you have an opportunity to either approve the artwork as is or request any revisions. After revisions are made, you’ll see an image of it again for your approval. We don’t ship your painting until you give us an approval in writing via email or text.

If you request a refund prior to any work being done on your order, such as preparation of the paper and mounting board and preliminary sketches, a refund will be processed. Taxes and merchant processing fees will not be refunded. However, once work has begun on your order, it is not refundable.
